He attributes Meallmore's standing as one of Scotland's most trusted care providers to the team's collective achievements.
At the core of Meallmore's operations lie its values, which permeate every decision undertaken by the business. "Our values form the bedrock of every action we take," Cillian elucidates. They are embraced by all our employees, extending beyond the family. My responsibility is to ensure that these values continue to steer our culture, decision-making, and strategic course."
This steadfast allegiance to values has been pivotal to Meallmore's triumph. The company endeavours to foster an exceptional living and working environment, a philosophy that resonates through its operations and the contentment of its residents and colleagues.
Responding to feedback from a recent survey, Meallmore is initiating colleague forums to bolster knowledge sharing, communication, and employee well-being. The roadmap encompasses expanding the business in key markets, constructing additional care homes, and spearheading the sector through innovation. "The right teams and colleagues across the country will play a pivotal role in realising these strategic objectives," he emphasises.
Cillian's leadership also draws inspiration from his robust family network and expansive circle of friends. "Allocating time to be with family and friends offers motivation and a sense of balance," he shares. "It constitutes my primary source of enjoyment beyond work."
