In 2024 we were truly humbled to receive over 1,500 nominations from colleagues, residents, relatives, and visitors, a new Meallmore record! This overwhelming response is a powerful testament to the inspiring work happening in our homes every single day. The nomination process is at the heart of our Colleague Awards, ensuring that recognition comes from those who witness excellence firsthand. We invite nominations from fellow colleagues, our residents, their families, and visiting professionals, allowing everyone in the Meallmore community to have their say.

Each of the hundreds of nominations is carefully reviewed by a dedicated judging panel. The panel assesses each submission against the award criteria, looking for clear examples of remarkable achievements, unwavering commitment, and a passion for upholding Meallmore's values.
