Meallmore is proud to announce the appointment of Isla Cowe as the new manager of Grove Care Home in Kemnay, Aberdeenshire. Isla joins the home with a deep passion for care and more than two decades of experience in the health and social care sector. Her arrival marks a new chapter for the 40-bed care home, as it continues to deliver high-quality, person-centred care in the heart of the local community.
Born and raised in the north-east of Scotland, Isla brings not only professional expertise but also a strong understanding of the local area and the people who live here. Her career began as an auxiliary nurse, and over the years she has progressed through a variety of care roles - including senior carer, deputy manager, and home manager - giving her a well-rounded perspective on every aspect of care home life.

Grove Care Home is a purpose-built home designed to support residents with a range of care needs, including general nursing, dementia, respite, and palliative care.
